When applied to every day life you might find that 20% of the foods you eat contribute 80% of the calories. Or you might wear 20% of your clothes 80% of the time.

You don't have to spend an inordinate amount of time on the things that do not matter. Stop starving yourself. Stop worrying about dieting. Don't waste your money on diet pills. Spend your time on these two things, exercise and healthy eating.
